Top Quality "Warren truss" type assembly built with specially designed aluminum extrusions, eliminating diagonal and lateral flex, "weather resistant".
Construction
The docks are built with two specially designed aluminum extrusions for it’s sides with a top channel permitting, with ease, the positionning of cleats. A second side channel permits the insertion of a PVC dock bumper. The sides are welded to diagonal and perpendicular truss system which makes the docks extremely strong. Our top quality materials and strict welding procedures makes our docks highly durable.
Floats
Black, high density, polyethylene casings filled with micro polystyrene pellets blown and expanded to 1 lbs/p3, resistant to U.V. rays, pollution, gas and solvents, rodents and ice freezing and tawing conditions.
Freeboard
Our docks offer a freeboard of + or – 18’’.
Buoyancy
The average buoyancy is + or – 25 lbs,per sq.ft. and can be adjustable as the needs arise.
Decking
The decking of our docks is built with composite boards, pre-drilled counter sunk holes and screwed on the dock structure with stainless steel screws with a maximum spacing of 15mm.
