FAQ - Multinautic

The dock manufacturers get the best prices and Multinautic does not cover the transport costs. It is the customers who pay for their transport or pick up their goods at Multinautic.

For retailers, depending on the distance, a minimum order threshold must be met for transport to be included.

The first order is always prepaid. Then, depending on the account opening and the customer’s credit history, terms are granted from the 2nd order onwards.

You benefit from an annual booking program that gives you, in addition to excellent prices, the opportunity to get additional discounts and get paid transportation for your first delivery. Some conditions apply.

Being a Multinautic Product Merchant gives you access to a preferential price list. However, if you buy very large quantities of a particular product or several products from us, we are always open to discussing special agreements.
