Used to attach and adjust a chain from 5/16″ to 3/8″ at the dock. To connect and strengthen the wood corners.
Pair with the #10003 plate for 6″ x 8″ or #11002 for 2″ x 8″. (Requires flat washers when combined with the 10000 series.)
