TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Multi Online Distribution inc. (Multinautic and Korto Structures) — Saint-Sauveur, QC

Pricing and Currency

• Prices are effective as of October 1st, 2026 and are F.O.B. Saint-Sauveur, QC. All prices are in Canadian dollars

(CAD).

• All prices are subject to change upon reasonable notice, or without notice in the event of a typographical error.

• All orders are subject to acceptance by Multi Online Distribution.

• Quotations are valid for 30 days from their date of issue, unless otherwise stated.

• Order quantities must follow the applicable multiples (see MOQ column).

• All prices exclude GST, QST and any other applicable sales tax. The customer must provide a valid exemption

certificate where applicable.

• Any customs duty, tariff, surcharge or government fee imposed or modified before or after the date of the order may be

charged to the customer.

• Illustrations, dimensions, weights, colours and technical data sheets are provided for guidance only and are subject to

change without notice. Actual dimensions may vary according to manufacturing processes and engineering tolerances.

• Multi Online Distribution reserves the right to substitute an equivalent component or to make a partial shipment in the

event of a stock shortage, without this constituting a failure to perform.

Payment Terms

• Approved credit accounts: net 30 days from the invoice date.

• Interest of 2 % per month (24 % per year) will be applied to any past due balance.

• A $50 fee will be charged for any NSF cheque.

• Credit card payments are accepted, but 2.5 % of the subtotal will be added as an administrative fee.

• Goods remain the property of Multi Online Distribution inc. until payment in full.

Pickups

• Pickups are available by appointment only on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, between 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.

Pickups made outside these hours without prior notice will be subject to a $150 emergency fee.

• A $50 fee will be charged if the customer fails to pick up an order on the scheduled appointment date.

Shipping and Freight

• Prepaid freight: minimum purchase of $1,500 before taxes for Quebec, the Maritimes and Ontario up to Sault Ste.

Marie; and $2,500 before taxes for Ontario west of Sault Ste. Marie, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta and British

Columbia. Excluded: floats, welded structures and ramps.

• Newfoundland, Labrador and P.E.I.: prepaid and charged with a 10 % reduction on freight costs.

• For orders under $1,500, please provide carrier information or a Purolator / UPS account number for parcels.

• A $25 service fee applies to orders under $500.

• Additional transportation charges may apply, including charges for inside delivery, tailgate (liftgate) delivery, fuel

surcharges, an absent consignee at the time of delivery, and address changes.

Receipt and Freight Claims

• The customer must inspect the goods upon receipt. Any visible damage must be noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt at

the time of delivery.

• All claims for damaged, missing or incorrect goods must be reported in writing within 48 hours of receipt. No claim

will be accepted after this period.Cancellation and Refused Delivery

• Any request to cancel or modify an order must be submitted in writing. Orders already in production or shipped cannot

be cancelled.

• Special orders, welded structures and ramps cannot be cancelled once production has begun, or once the raw material

dedicated to producing the order has been ordered by Multi Online Distribution.

• Any cancellation accepted after order acceptance, but before production or shipment, is subject to a 35 % restocking fee.

• In the event of a refused delivery or failure to pick up a completed order, freight, return and storage charges will be

billed to the customer, in addition to a 50 % restocking fee on the goods returned to stock. Storage charges will apply

after 15 days.

Returns

• A return authorization (RMA number) must be obtained before any shipment. Any return received without authorization

will be refused.

• Stock orders: returns accepted within 12 months of purchase, subject to a 15 % restocking fee.

• Special orders are final; no returns are accepted (including welded structures and ramps).

• Products must be clean, undamaged, unused, unopened and complete in their original packaging, in resalable condition.

Lead Times

• Allow up to three weeks for delivery of special orders during peak season.

• Contact us for the estimated delivery lead time.

Limited Warranty

• Multi Online Distribution warrants its products against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one (1)

year from the date of purchase by the consumer from an authorized dealer, under normal residential use and in

accordance with Multi Online Distribution’s assembly, installation and use instructions.

• Galvanized steel dock hardware: lifetime warranty, limited to weld failure.

• Foam-filled floats: 15-year flotation warranty (8 years for products 14029 and 14030) for Eagle Floats. Replacement

value decreases starting in the 3rd year, prorated according to the remaining warranty period. Multinautic floats: 1 year.

• Hollow (air-filled) floats: 1-year flotation warranty.

• Winches: 3-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

• Exclusions: normal wear, rust, abuse or misuse, installation or maintenance not in accordance with instructions,

excessive pressure or traction, abrasion, sharp objects, transport damage, severe storms, frost, ice, accident, alteration,

commercial use, unsuitable area of use, vandalism, acts of God, unauthorized repair, or purchase from a party other than

an authorized dealer.

• All warranty claims require a return authorization number (RAN). The product must be returned freight prepaid with the

original proof of purchase. At its sole discretion, Multi Online Distribution will repair, replace or refund the defective

product; any refund may not exceed the amount paid for the item.

• The complete limited warranty, which prevails in case of discrepancy, is available at multinautic.com.

Limitation of Liability

• Our liability is limited, at our discretion, to the replacement or repair of the defective product, or to a refund of its

purchase price.

• Multi Online Distribution shall not be held liable for special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of

profits, personal injury or property damage, nor for installation or removal costs.

• Multi Online Distribution’s liability shall in no event exceed the value of the product.

• Multi Online Distribution gives no other warranty, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness

for a particular purpose. Some provinces or states do not permit these limitations, in which case they may not apply.• Multi Online Distribution provides no warranty as to the accuracy of published information or the availability of

products, components or replacement parts. No costs related to specifications will be assumed without prior written

confirmation.

Installation and Compliance

• Installation must comply with local codes and regulations as well as the stated load capacities. The customer is

responsible for obtaining any required permits.

Force Majeure

• Multi Online Distribution shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from circumstances

beyond its control (supply disruption, strike, weather conditions, acts of God).

Price Confidentiality

• Net price lists, discounts and commercial terms granted are confidential and must not be disclosed to any third party.

Resale and Channel Protection

• Resale of Multi Online Distribution products is subject to the terms of the program applicable to the customer’s channel

(OEM, distributor, hardware retail, online retail). In case of discrepancy, the terms of the applicable program prevail.

Trademarks and Intellectual Property

• The customer is authorized to use Multi Online Distribution’s trademarks, logos and promotional material for the resale

of the products only. No modification of the logo or promotional material is permitted without prior written

authorization.

• Multi Online Distribution retains all intellectual property rights in the graphic and informational material of its

catalogue, website and promotional documents. Any reproduction, copying, translation, distribution, republication or

retransmission, in whole or in part, requires Multi Online Distribution’s written consent.

• Multi Online Distribution reserves the right to withdraw or modify without notice any product from its catalogue,

website or publications, including as to colour, material or dimensions.

Severability and Entire Agreement

• If any provision hereof is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

• These terms and conditions prevail over any conflicting purchase terms appearing on a purchase order or any other

customer document, unless otherwise agreed in writing and signed by Multi Online Distribution.

• In case of any uncertainty as to the interpretation of these terms, the official policy available at

www.multinautic.com/termes-et-conditions shall prevail over any other version.

Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec.
