1. Pricing and Taxes

• Prices are effective as of October 1, 2026 and are F.O.B. Saint-Sauveur (QC). All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD),

unless otherwise stated.

• Prices are before taxes; GST, QST or any other applicable tax will be added.

• All prices are subject to change without notice.

• Any customs duty, tariff, surcharge or government fee imposed or modified before or after the order date may be

charged back to the customer.

2. Orders and Quantities

• Minimum quantity: order by the box (see MOQ column).

• A $25 service fee applies to any order under $500.

• Special orders are final; no returns are accepted (including welded structures and ramps).

• Any request to modify or cancel an order must be approved in writing; fees may apply.

• All orders are subject to acceptance by Multi Online Distribution. Quotations are valid for 30 days from their date of

issue, unless otherwise stated.

3. Payment

• Standard payment: net 30 days from the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Credit card payments are accepted, but 2.5 % of the subtotal will be added as an administrative fee.

• Interest of 2 % per month (24 % per year) will be applied to any past due balance. A $50 fee will be charged for any

NSF cheque.

• Goods remain the property of Multi Online Distribution inc. until payment in full.

• The first order is payable before taking possession.

4. Delivery and Pickup

• Transfer of risk: all shipments are F.O.B. Saint-Sauveur. Risk of loss and responsibility for the product transfer to the

customer upon handover of the goods to the carrier.

• Freight: collect (on the customer’s account) or prepaid and rebilled, at the customer’s choice.

• Parcel shipments: please provide carrier information or a Purolator / UPS account number.

• Pickups are by appointment only on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays between 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Pickups

outside these hours without prior notice will be charged a $150 emergency fee.

• A $50 fee will be charged when you fail to pick up your order on the scheduled appointment date.

• Contact us for the estimated lead time before shipment.

5. Returns and Claims

• Returns accepted only for stock orders, within 12 months of purchase. 15 % restocking fee applies.

• Products must be clean, undamaged, unused, unopened and complete in their original packaging, in resalable condition.

A return authorization (RMA) is required before any shipment.

• Any claim for a missing or damaged product must be made in writing, with photos, within 5 days of receipt.

• Damage or loss occurring in transit is the customer’s responsibility, and any claim must be filed directly with the carrier

(F.O.B. Saint-Sauveur shipment).6. Cancellation and Refused Delivery

• Any request to cancel or modify an order must be submitted in writing. Orders already in production or shipped cannot

be cancelled.

• Special orders, welded structures and ramps cannot be cancelled once production has begun, or once the raw material

dedicated to producing the order has been ordered by Multi Online Distribution.

• Any cancellation accepted after order acceptance, but before production or shipment, is subject to a 35 % restocking fee.

• In the event of a refused delivery or failure to pick up a completed order, freight, return and storage charges will be

billed to the customer, in addition to a 50 % restocking fee on the goods returned to stock. Storage charges will apply

after 15 days.

7. Warranty and Liability

• Multi Online Distribution inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, business interruption or loss of profit.

Multi Online Distribution’s liability shall in no event exceed the value of the product.

• Installation must comply with local codes and regulations as well as the stated load capacities. The customer is

responsible for obtaining any required permits.

8. Intellectual Property

• Trademarks, logos and documents remain the exclusive property of Multi Online Distribution inc. No commercial use is

permitted without prior written authorization.

• Net price lists, discounts and commercial terms granted are confidential and must not be disclosed to any third party.

9. General Provisions

• Multi Online Distribution shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from circumstances

beyond its control (supply disruption, strike, weather conditions, acts of God).

• These terms and conditions prevail over any conflicting purchase terms appearing on a purchase order or any other

customer document, unless otherwise agreed in writing and signed by Multi Online Distribution.

• If any provision hereof is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec.

• In case of any uncertainty as to the interpretation of these terms, the official policy available at

www.multinautic.com/termes-et-conditions shall prevail over any other version.
